About the Role

Aircall is a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Iberia and Latam. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful field marketing programs that support our regional sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans that align with our regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with our marketing team to create and execute 360-degree campaigns and integrated programs that engage our target audience.
  • Collaborate with our local sales teams to build repeatable pipeline and drive sales growth.
  • Identify, plan, execute, and track regional programs, including brand events, partner events, and tradeshows.
  • Drive the creation of localized sales and demand enablement content, including product videos, one-sheeters, decks, and customer stories.
  • Analyze results and metrics to report on the effectiveness and performance of program activities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Native Spanish speaker with experience marketing to other Spanish speakers.
  • Expertise in the Iberian and Latam SMB markets.
  • Marketo and Salesforce knowledge (or similar tools).
  • Ability to develop fully integrated marketing plans according to the region.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to get creative and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects, and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision.
