Main responsibilities

  • Indepthknowledge of Sitges' region in order to list properties
  • Collect andcheck all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements withowners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place
  • Manage clientrelationship – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market statusand properties listed with Lucas Fox
  • Businessdevelopment in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list,network activities, etc
  • Deal withallocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completionand post completion of the sales deals
  • Manage thefull sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions forvendors and buyers in order to close deals
  • Keepour CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal data baseup to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity
Requirements - Fluent in English and Spanish - Previousexperience in the real estate sector - specific knowledge of the Sitges key areas - In depthbusiness knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes

  • Professional,good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills,selfmotivation and drive to achieve top results
  • Financiallyand resultsoriented and able to work in an international team
  • Proactivewith a 'cando' attitude
  • Organized,prepared to work flexible hours and a handson person
  • Outstandinglevels of customer service preferably used to workwith demanding national and international clients
