El candidato apoyará al departamento de P&O (People & Organization), en las áreas de administración de personal y gestión del talento, aprendiendo a gestionar proyectos tanto para la sede como para las filiales ubicadas en distintas partes del mundo.


Área de gestión del talento:

  • Soporte en procesos de selección: publicación de vacantes, criba de CVs, administración de pruebas psicotécnicas y realización de entrevistas.
  • Apoyo en la implementación del plan anual de formación.
  • Participación en actividades de desarrollo de talento a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Participación en la creación de programas de desarrollo de talento.
  • Brindar apoyo en la gestión de proveedores externos para proyectos de selección, formación y desarrollo.
  • Colaborar en el desarrollo de programas de comunicación interna.
  • Contribuir con ideas para mejorar los procesos internos de recursos humanos.
Área de administración de personal:

  • Colaborar en la gestión del proceso de incorporación (Onboarding) con el Manager del departamento que corresponda y en el registro de empleados en el sistema interno.
  • Apoyo en el mantenimiento de archivos digitales, Excel compartido, Endalia, archivos de nómina y archivo físico.
  • Brindar apoyo al HRBP del área en todo el proceso de salida de empleados y gestión administrativa de las salidas de empleados.
  • Proporcionar apoyo general en las áreas de Administración de Personal y proyectos relacionados en este ámbito, como el Plan de Igualdad, Implementación de un nuevo software interno, políticas internas (Manual), etc.

Estudios:
Grado/Licenciatura en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o similares, con especialización en Organización Industrial

Conocimientos:

No se requiere experiencia, estas podrían ser tus primeras prácticas relacionadas con tus estudios, pero será valorable si has tenido alguna otra experiencia laboral o de investigación previa.

Alto- Excel: Avanzado

Competencias personales:
Proactividad y dinamismo.

Capacidad para resolver problemas;Habilidad para trabajar en equipoOrientación a resultados.30 horas semanales (Lunes a viernes - 8/9 a 14/15 hs.) Prácticas de 6 meses, prorrogables por 6 meses más.
