Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Trainee who is enthusiastic about talent development and providing exceptional HR support. This role involves assisting the HR team and engaging in various functions such as People Operations and Training.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations:

  • Draft and manage HR documentation and communications.
  • Assist the Global Payroll team with information transfer and payroll inquiries.
  • Generate and analyze reports.
  • Address daily HR inquiries and provide guidance in accordance with established policies.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR department.

Training:

  • Support the implementation of the training plan, ensuring timely execution and coordination with training providers.
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling and venue arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
  • Resilient and determined, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
