Estamos buscando a un/a Comercial para el equipo Field Sales de nuestros portales de Motor y ).
Formando parte del equipo de Field Sales y reportando al Sales Manager, tus funciones principales serán:
- Gestión de una cartera de clientes (entre existentes y potenciales).
- Desarrollar clientes con potencial de crecimiento.
- Ganarte la confianza del cliente, ofreciéndole conocimiento y teniendo la capacidad de cuestionar su actual forma de llevar los negocios, proponiéndoles activamente alternativas y mejoras.
- Colaborar con el crecimiento del negocio de tus clientes, con la ayuda de nuestros usuarios y plataformas: convertirte en su socio.
- Realizar las ventas de nuevos productos publicitarios en estrecha colaboración con las funciones del producto, objeto de nuestras operaciones y en el contexto de la estrategia global y los objetivos de Adevinta.
- Tener la capacidad de entender el negocio del cliente y el funcionamiento de las sucursales, ver las oportunidades de crecimiento comercial que tienen y formar parte de la creación de nuevas fuentes de ingresos para ellos.
- Mantenerte informado/a para tener un buen conocimiento del mercado publicitario y de todos los recursos (canales de distribución) de que disponemos. Especialmente, entender muy bien el mercado motor además de nuestros propios portales y productos/soluciones.
- Excepcional capacidad de relación con tus clientes: capacidad para establecer buena sintonía, ser capaz de detectar sus necesidades (incluso cuando el cliente aún no las conoce), facilidad para adaptarte al cliente, sea cual fuere su cargo o actitud.
- Capacidad de cuestionar al cliente, a tus compañeros y a la empresa. Atreverte a aplicar el pensamiento lateral y asumir riesgos. Tener un enfoque multicanal.
- Pensamiento estratégico, estructurado y orientado a los objetivos. Capacidad de atención y orientado a las soluciones.
- Nível alto de comprensión de los negocios de los clientes para asignarles productos que también apoyen la experiência del usuario.
- Capacidad de liderazgo en el desarrollo de proyectos con nuestros clientes, relacionándote con muchas personas clave de la empresa, además de muchas personas clave del lado del cliente.
- Sentir pasión por los productos publicitarios y por el desarrollo de productos dirigidos a internet, así como ser un apasionado por el negocio (motor) y por cerrar buenos acuerdos.
- Mente analítica, con una gran habilidad para entender y utilizar números.
- Trabajar bien en equipo. Conseguir los mejores resultados mediante el trabajo en equipo.
- Estar abierto a recibir comentarios constructivos de la dirección y de los compañeros y también aportarlos por tu parte, así como compartir tu conocimiento y experiência con los miembros del equipo.
