Benefits, Mobility and Recognition Global Program Lead

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engagement, design, development and implementation of global frameworks and principles including governance of benefits and recognition programs
- Develop and manage the policies, processes and toolkits needed to support and govern benefits and recognition programs
- Assume ownership and continuous improvement of Galderma's global recognition program
- Carry out ongoing investigation and reporting of the cost and adequacy of benefits and recognition programs
- Participate in driving transformation and change of benefits and recognition practices to maximize its value to employees at all levels at Galderma
- Ensure alignment of benefits programs with the external and internal value of jobs
- Monitor market trends to ensure Galderma's programs remain competitive in the marketplace and serve the business and people objectives
- Upskill the HR and Total Rewards teams on benefits programs
- Manage global broker and 3rd party vendors for global programs
- Develop an efficient mobility function which provides clear and consistent advice on global mobility options across Galderma, ensuring the program fully supports Galderma's talent acquisition and talent management initiatives
- Manage the daily administration of our International Mobility program and policies, processes, vendors, and tools to serve our mobile talent, ensuring a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience during international assignments and relocations
- Strong (or 10+ years) experience in a global role
- Expertise in benefits program and policy design and implementation
- Applied Business Insights background
- Relevant experience interacting, engaging and driving different stakeholders (internal and external)
- Digital & Technology Savvy expertise
- Be able of lead and work in a culture of Managing
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
