Job Summary

The Global Benefits Strategist is a key member of the Dynatrace software GmbH team, responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits programs across the LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Benefits Design and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, price, and manage health, paid time off (PTO), retirement, and other benefits in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  2. Pension and Retirement Policy Management: Contribute to the design and management of pension, retirement, and Family Leave Policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Benefits Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs, providing strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
  4. Employee Education and Communication: Develop and deliver internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings, promoting employee engagement and understanding.
  5. Vendor Management: Assist with and perform vendor management, ensuring the work of third-party service providers aligns with and supports benefit objectives.
  6. Benefits Program Delivery: Manage the delivery of local and regional benefits programs, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  7. Benefits Renewal and Compliance: Manage the benefit renewal activity, ensuring our benefits are current, competitive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  8. Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate across HR teams to ensure local benefit needs are addressed, and manage projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations, and benefit changes.
  9. Process Improvement: Maintain efficient records of benefit processes and procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, and continually review and assess these processes to improve and streamline to enhance accuracy.
  10. Due Diligence and Compliance: Collaborate with internal departments to complete due diligence for new country or regulatory requirements and/or market practice changes.
