- The ability to assess the user's situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
- 1st level-support including troubleshooting and error correction;
- Languages: Dutch, French and English as main communication language within the team;
- Team player who is able to work efficient and independently;
- Hnds on mentality, getting the things done;
- Open to learn and have new experiences;
- Experience may be handy, but is not required.
