Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our employees across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops, ensuring they meet the company's technical requirements.
  • Complete internal user moves, ensuring minimal disruption to employees.
  • Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects, working closely with the IT team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and Chrome OS devices, providing timely and effective support to employees.
  • Provide local and remote desktop support to our global offices, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Basic level understanding of the Windows OS.
  • Fluent in English.
