We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based applications and providing exceptional support to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Application Support: Provide timely and effective support for our key business applications, including CRM, CLM, and other technical applications.
- Ticket Management: Manage and resolve tickets from the user base in a timely and efficient manner.
- User Support: Handle advanced user queries, data updates, simple configuration, and user creation.
- Application Maintenance: Maintain and improve our key business applications to ensure they are up-to-date and optimized.
- Problem Identification: Identify common problems and themes that could be resolved by development work and work with the development teams to manage changes that require formal change control.
- Data Quality: Maintain and promote data quality across all applications.
- Application Reviews: Perform regular application reviews and audits with the Internal Security and Audit Teams to ensure compliance and security.
- Knowledge Base: Create and maintain a knowledge base to support user self-service and promote best practices.
- Technical Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment, either Service Desk or Application Support.
- Process-Driven: Process-driven and diligent with a strong focus on service delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.
- Cloud Technologies: Good level of understanding of cloud technologies and experience with Google's Workspace suite of applications and products is an advantage.
- Language Skills: English and Spanish language proficiency is required.
