Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our employees across the globe, ensuring seamless IT operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to HR procedures.
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops, ensuring they meet the company's technical requirements.
  • Complete internal user moves, ensuring minimal disruption to employees.
  • Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely procurement and deployment.
  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects, working closely with the IT team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and Chrome OS devices, providing timely and effective support to employees.
  • Provide local and remote desktop support to over 1,200 users across 24 global offices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist colleagues in IT-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Basic level understanding of the Windows OS.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desirable experience in Google Workspace, Mac OS X, and Chrome OS.
