Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our employees across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for new and departing employees.
- Set up and configure new laptops and desktops, ensuring they meet the company's technical requirements.
- Complete internal user moves, ensuring minimal disruption to employees.
- Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects, working closely with the IT team to deliver high-quality results.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and Chrome OS devices, providing timely and effective support to employees.
- Provide local and remote desktop support to our global offices, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Basic level understanding of the Windows OS.
- Fluent in English.
