Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Providing technical support to clients
- Installing and conducting user training sessions on all product
- Willingness to travel across the globe including working on shift basis
- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Contact clients monthly to check system performance, product upgrades and AMC updates (if any)
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology / Master's in Computer Application
- Must be living / resident of Spain
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Basic Application Support
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking and related support
- Preferably with ITrelated experience in hotels and leading PMS vendor
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & English
- Professional Certifications in IT Support background will be an advantage
