Notre client est une start-up qui permet aux automobilistes de comparer, sélectionner et réserver leur place de parking via une marketplace qui regroupe toutes les offres de stationnement disponibles. Grâce à leurs partenariats avec un grand nombre de parkings publics et privés, ils proposent aux professionnels et aux particuliers de se garer facilement, au meilleur tarif, dans un réseau qui compte aujourd'hui plus de 3 000 parkings en France, en Espagne, en Belgique et d'autres pays d'Europe.

**¿Qué harás?**:

- Sous la supervision du Customer Success Operations Team Leader à Barcelone, vous serez la voix de Onepark et contribuerez activement au développement de l'entreprise en faisant de votre mieux pour satisfaire nos clients et partenaires.
- Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Identifier, analyser et résoudre les problèmes des clients et partenaires.
- Collecter des informations auprès de l'équipe d'account managment lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Faire des recommandations proactives sur l'amélioration des produits.
- Dans la mesure du possible, participer à des projets parallèles en fonction de vos compétences et de vos intérêts.

- Vous êtes le profil que l'on recherche si:
- Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un poste orienté client ou partenaire, vente ou gestion de compte.
- Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur et d'empathie.
- Vous avez le goût du contact client et de la résolution de problème.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences analytiques.
- Vous parlez un français natif ou fluent.
- Vous parlez un espagnol avancé.
- Vous parlez une autre langue comme l'italien, l'allemand ou le néerlandais (ce sera apprecié mais pas obligatoire).
