We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona.

About the Team:

Nutanix EMEA Customer Success team focuses on accelerating revenue growth with our Subscription Customers.

You will lead a team that drives revenue growth from customers across various industries and regions in EMEA.

The team thrives on creativity, innovation, and a commitment to enhancing customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Maximize success with Nutanix's midsized customers in the Middle East through proactive engagement and support.
  • Achieve a minimum of 100% of goals for customer interactions, adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, act as their advocate within Nutanix, and ensure successful resolutions.
  • Engage cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support to drive customer success.

About You:
  • Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles like Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Background in working with software subscription customers.
  • Track record of exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of data centre technologies including virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking.
