At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions we are looking for a Customer Success Representative dedicated to our line of business Webfleet.

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our international team of 6 based in Barcelona, dedicated to our French customer base.

You would specifically be responsible for retention and expansion of our French Webfleet customers.

Here is a little taste of your challenge:
Simply put, you will be responsible for the retention and the expansion of our Webfleet customers.

As a member of the global Bridgestone Mobility Solutions team, you will have to deliver the following:

  • Be responsible for your own SME customer portfolio in terms of Customer Experience, Adoption, Churn & Revenue growth;
  • Own the complete customer lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers;
  • Inspire customer engagement and track long term business goals;
  • Work closely with Sales Support, Customer Support, Service Partners, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty and ensure an allround exceptional customer experience;
  • Actively participate in improving processes and procedures;
  • Are the "Voice of the Customer" towards the rest of the organization.

What do we expect from you?
To be successful as a Customer Success Representative, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • At least one successful experience in a client service/customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Account Management;
  • You are fluent in French and English;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and critical thinking skills;
  • You have experience working in a highvolume role where prioritization is critical;
  • Commercially minded with experience driving upsell/cross sell revenue growth;
  • A passion for your customers / Ambassador of customer centricity;
  • You are an emphatic listener and understand the goals of our customers;
  • Experience of working with Salesforce is a plus.
