About the team

Join the Nutanix EMEA Customer Success team responsible for accelerating revenue growth. The team's creativity and focus on serving customers set a unique vibe.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize success of Nutanix's midsized customers in the Middle East through proactive engagement.
  • Achieve goals for customer check-ins, adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Act as the customer's advocate within Nutanix as needed.
  • Engage in daily customer and internal activities.

About you

  • Must be fluent in English and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of data center technologies.
  • Experience in software subscription customer service.
  • Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support.
