Mitiga's mission is firmly rooted in employing cutting-edge science and technology to mitigate the multifaceted risks posed by climate-driven perils. Our approach spans a spectrum of temporal scales, from real-time and annual forecasts to projections spanning the next century. This comprehensive perspective on risk, coupled with our capacity to transfer risks to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, positions us to significantly contribute to enhanced climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.

Who you are:

As a Customer Success Executive at Mitiga, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Customer Success team, dedicated to building and nurturing strong client relationships. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of Mitiga during this exciting phase of growth. Your Impact:

1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

Develop and cultivate positive relationships with key clients.

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

2. Account Planning and Support:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

Assist in the development and execution of account plans to drive customer success.

3. Product Adoption and Support:

Support customers in maximizing the value of Mitiga's products and services.

Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increased product adoption and usage.

4. Customer Advocacy:

Champion customer needs and feedback within the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Mitiga's offerings based on customer insights.

5. Renewal Assistance:

Assist in managing customer renewals to ensure high retention rates.

Identify potential opportunities for upselling and expansion of Mitiga's solutions.

6. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs.

Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to stay informed on customer trends.

7. Metrics Tracking and Reporting:

Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success.

Contribute to regular reports on customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and business impact.

Requirements:

Experience: Entry-level position, prior internship or relevant experience. Customer success or climate science experience is a bonus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Developing analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly scaling environment.

Languages: Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is highly desirable, and knowledge of any other European languages is a bonus.

Location: Willing to work from our beachfront office as required, with remote options available.
