The Role

As an Accounting expert within the Customer Success team at Holded, your main responsibility is to train customers to enhance their experience with our solution.

  • You will be under the supervision of Customer Success Manager and collaborate closely to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and strategies.
  • Your accounting expertise will play a crucial role in educating customers on effectively utilizing Holded and streamlining their accounting processes.
  • You will closely cooperate with the Customer Success team to pinpoint areas for platform enhancement based on customer feedback.
  • It will be your duty to evaluate customers' accounting workflows and offer suggestions to boost their efficiency through Holded.
  • You will also be involved in creating educational materials like guides, tutorials, and webinars to enhance customer knowledge on accounting matters.
About you
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in accounting, preferably in an SaaS setting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business accounting practices.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP, preferably Holded.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining accounting concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal abilities.
