Funciones:

Entre otras cosas, esto es lo que harás:

  • Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar proyectos de investigación cualitativa de principio a fin.
  • Colaborar con distintos stakeholders para definir la estrategia de research de una forma táctica.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con otros equipos de la empresa y de cliente.
  • Utilizar distintas técnicas de investigación: tests de validación de usuario, tests de usabilidad, etnografías, entrevistas, focus groups...
  • Hacer presentaciones de impacto de las conclusiones e insights.
  • Trabajarás en inglés, teniendo interlocución con diferentes países.
Tras tus primeros meses en la compañía, esperaríamos de ti que:

  • Trabajes en los proyectos y las propuestas de forma autónoma y te sientas último/a responsable.
  • Seas capaz de desarrollar y liderar workshops con cliente.
  • Gestiones y dirijas debriefs con clientes después de los grupos y las entrevistas.
  • Establezcas las bases, criterios y la orientación para el análisis y la redacción de documentos.
  • Elabores y conclusiones y recomendaciones a cliente de forma autónoma.
  • Mantengas y amplíes contacto con clientes, proveedores, miembros del equipo y otras áreas de la empresa
  • Seas referente e inspiración para el resto del equipo de investigación.

  • Colegiado/a.
