- More than 5 years of research experience, with at least one experience in an internet research, retail brand research, or market consumer research firm.
- Rich quantitative/qualitative research experience, clear logical thinking, and familiarity with various commonly used statistical analysis tools.
- Business Insight and business deconstruction ability, with the capacity to plan the research content of the business area based on the understanding of the business.
- Excellent ability in structural thinking, information collection, summary, and induction, capable of integrating data analysis, research, and other insights into industry development drivers and trend direction forecasts.
- Strong curiosity, with the ability to see the essence through the phenomenon and fast learning capability in emerging fields.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a must.
