Job Description:
At Dow Jones & Company, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a UX Researcher, Subscriptions, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our Consumer products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with UX Architects and Designers to define outstanding end-to-end user experiences for our Consumer audiences.
  • Contribute to overall product direction by delivering actionable evaluations of proposed and current UX solutions.
  • Centralize and organize user insights in a knowledge repository.
  • Report on current projects and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate testing with third-party and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate UX documentation with sound and clearly communicated rationale.
  • Stay informed with UX research trends and techniques.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on how UX can achieve business goals.
  • Facilitate hands-on problem-solving sessions, events, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Supply in-depth research reports to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and tracking product behavioral and attitudinal performance measures.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
