Principales Fuciones :
- Aplicar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de HHRR en las diferentes áreas de negocio, creando relaciones de confianza con los diferentes stakeholders.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los directores, gerentes y personal a la hora de la toma de decisiones relacionadas de recursos humanos, proporcionando asesoramiento profesional, coaching y soluciones a medida que satisfagan las necesidades del negocio, mejoren las relaciones laborales, aumenten la productividad y fomenten el desarrollo y la retención de los empleados, añadiendo valor al negocio.
- Implementación de programas globales, asi cómo de políticas y procesos.
- Dirigir todos los procesos de
RRHH:
acogida, incorporación, desarrollo, evaluación de rendimiento, etc.
- Definición de políticas de atracción y contratación.
- Liderará y tendrá un peso muy importante el área de administración de personal, relaciones laborales y PRL.
- Definición, diseño gestión , implementación y supervisión de las políticas de formación y desarrollo.
- Creación de sistema de indicadores / KPI Indicadores e identificación de áreas de mejora en materia de HR
- Colaboración con otras áreas de negocio.
Requisitos:
- Formación académica superior: Diplomatura / Licenciatura.
- Alto nivel de inglés ( C1 )
- Imprescindible experiencia en posiciones de HR Manager en el sector Retail, Distribución, FMCG, Industria.
- Mínimo 58 años de experiencia en un rol de Generalista de RRHH o especialista en Relaciones Laborales.#J18808Ljbffr
