FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
New Business Analizar, recopilar información y elaborar propuestas alineadas con NB, Partners y Exchange. Impulsar el crecimiento comercial identificando nuevos contactos y oportunidades de negocio. Planificación Estratégica Coordinar la elaboración del plan estratégico alineado con objetivos del cliente y organización. Presentar e innovar propuestas, incorporando ideas vanguardistas y enfoques digitales. Planificación Táctica Definir tácticas coherentes con la estrategia establecida. Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo con V&D, estableciendo prioridades según demandas activas. Gestión del Equipo Dirigir equipos diariamente asegurando enfoque estratégico y delegación adecuada a V&D. Establecer objetivos claros, garantizar calidad del servicio y promover la formación continua. Facilitar la integración y colaboración con otros departamentos.

REQUERIMIENTOS:
Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Account Manager, gestionando equipos de cuentas. Habilidad para liderar y motivar equipos. Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales. Comprensión profunda de las tendencias del mercado y del consumidor. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y adaptarse a situaciones cambiantes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
