**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for leading our Southern Europe account, covering 5 markets including Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Accountable for regional delivery, working closely with the Regional Producer to deliver a high volume of localized assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary communicator on project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
  • Lead projects from global handover to regional localization & delivery, ensuring direction, control, and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Oversee digital and print campaigns covering owned and bought media, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in account management, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing landscape and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
