About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver client projects and campaigns
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Manage client budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering client satisfaction and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
