¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?


  • Llevar a cabo actividades de coordinación operativa, de soporte administrativas, logísticas y organizativas para las operaciones y prestación de servicios de nuestra Compañía en el ámbito del Servicio Técnico.
  • Realizar actividades de soporte administrativo, principalmente predefinidas para operaciones de servicio y entregas.
  • Mantenimiento de la base de datos de Service Bank, con altas y bajas y actualizaciones del parque instalado.
  • Procesar pedidos entrantes, consultas y/o solicitudes sobre productos y/o servicios.
  • Realizar la gestión de pedidos para los clientes coordinado el delivery de servicio. Así como las gestiones con los proveedores asignados (gestión de repuestos, RMA, productos,,etc).
  • Despachar, actualizar y mantener la información sobre la base instalada de las Ordenes de Servicio
  • Comunicación con el cliente de forma remota y en el sitio para instalaciones, servicios, valoraciones económicas, etc.
  • Cooperar con clientes y nuestro Departamento Comercial para aclarar pedidos y problemas, participando en la investigación y resolución de problemas comerciales y/o de logística.
La persona que se incorpore será un canal activo en la detección de oportunidades de servicios.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?


  • Formación de Bachillerato
  • Grado Medio, Superior o Titulación Universitaria.
  • Experiência de 1 a 3 años en entornos de mantenimiento y logística.
  • Muy valorable inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Experiência en comunicación activa con clientes y proveedores de productos y servicios.
  • Buscamos una persona con capacidad de resolución de problemas, proactiva, dinámica y con capacidad de análisis de situaciones complejas de forma autónoma.
