As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from one of Europe\u2019s top digital banks.

In this role, you will engage with high-level clients, providing expert advice on savings and introducing innovative banking products designed for high returns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, such as account openings, password resets, and transfers.
* Manage back-office tasks, including email and WhatsApp communication.
* Present and promote innovative banking products.
* Ensure compliance with regulations on transparency, service information, and client protection regarding investment products.
* Identify and report issues within banking applications and follow up as needed.
* Meet quality standards and achieve sales objectives set by the entity.

Requirements:

* Dutch: C2 level
* Preferred: Studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
* Prior experience in banking is appreciated but not required.
