HOLACAMP es una operadora de campings especializada en ofrecer experiencias inolvidables de vacaciones al aire libre y que actualmente ya cuenta con 8 campings bajo gestión en las zonas de; Barcelona, Sitges, Costa Brava, Costa Azahar, Mequinenza y Algarve (Portugal).

HOLACAMP se encuentra en un ambicioso proceso de expansión para -en el corto y medio plazo- adquirir y gestionar un número importante de campings y unidades de acampada en España y Portugal.


¿Qué buscamos?
Para llevar a cabo nuestro plan de expansión y crecimiento, buscamos integrar:

Un/a REVENUE MANAGER Buscamos la figura de Revenue Manager para reforzar el Equipo Comercial y Marketing, puesto de trabajo ubicado en nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona (oficinas céntricas y con buenas conexiones con transporte público).

Tu misión será velar por la maximización de los ingresos y optimización de beneficios de los distintos establecimientos de la compañía.


Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisión y cumplimiento del presupuesto anual de ingresos, velando por la estrategia de ADR y Revpar.
  • Aplicar estrategias de ventas y restricciones de tarifas e inventario de acuerdo con la estrategia establecida para maximizar los beneficios.
  • Directrices de fijación de precios y tarifas, tipos de alojamientos y segmentos de clientes.
  • Velar por la rentabilidad de cada canal para maximizar los ingresos netos.
  • Evaluar y ejecutar medidas correctoras en el precio en el caso de desviaciones.
  • Planificación y gestión del precio en ofertas y campañas, coordinado con los departamentos de Marketing.
  • Definir la combinación ideal de negocios y la estrategia de combinación de canales, definir la estrategia de sobreventa y protección y gestión de tipologías de habitaciones.
  • Forecast semanal de KPIs de alojamiento, coordinado con el CMO y la dirección del establecimiento.
  • Análisis mensual de forecast accuracy.
  • Actualización, análisis y envío en tiempo de los informes corporativos de Revenue.
  • Promulgar cultura de Revenue management en los establecimientos.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de ingresos.
  • Velar por la calidad de los datos en herramientas, apoyando al Data Analyst con tareas de validación de nuevos proyectos.
  • Conocer el producto de los competidores así como sus canales de venta y estrategias

Requisitos:

  • Capacidad de liderazgo
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación en Español e Inglés valorándose otros idiomas.
  • Experiencia previa en departamentos de Revenue
  • Capacidad para utilizar múltiples sistemas y realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno acelerado.
  • Gran Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
  • Haber trabajado en metodologías AGILE, SCRUM u otras
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de resolución de problemas.
  • A prendizaje rápido y buena gestión del tiempo.
  • Automotivación, con un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad
