Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advising with insights in timing, targeting and content.
Conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitoring campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and providing regular reports.
Understanding of Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.
Analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision making.
Good oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).Multi-tasking mindset to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
What you will bring3+ years experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related.
