Job Description:

Position Purpose


Back-office role working in partnership with our Sales team to manage and service our European and Central Key Accounts Portfolio.


It involves collaboration, coordination, teamwork and communication with different countries and stakeholders across the business to deliver effective solutions and proactive alerts to our Key Customers.

Kpi management and direct customer contact are key.


This position is also responsible to be part of our key projects as a Business, such as the new Serial Service Offer implementation or our new container to be launched for the Dry sector "ZIRCONIC".

Major / Key Accountabilities

  • Tracking about the main KPIs in timely manner about our key customers.
  • Build and present slides to our customer with the main KPIs at European level.
  • Analysis to deliver proactive actions to our customers.
  • Attend customer weekly / monthly customer meetings.
  • Follow up about the actions at local level with CS and Sales to prevent any delay or issues with our key customers.
  • Maintenance and control about European and Central Key Customer Database.
  • Pricing control + year Indexation.
  • Debt Follow up & Tungsten tracking to prevent any delay in terms of payments.
  • Follow up about our annual Audit process (System vs. Physical stocks), in coordination with CS & Sales, to ensure that is completed on time without major issues.
  • Main Customer Contact for the Central Key Accounts to lead internally the actions required and deliver efficient solutions in timely manner to our customers.
  • Be part of the Key projects for our business, supporting the action plan and taking the lead in part of them to ensure that are fully and efficiently completed without major issues.

Qualifications:

  • Desirable: University Degree in Business Administration or businessrelated studies
Experience

  • 23 years of business experience
  • Minimum 45 years of customer service or support experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Business presentations.
  • Detail oriented and analytical skills (Move data to insights).
