Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our European Key Accounts team at Brambles. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relationships, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key European customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including the development of value propositions and positive business outcomes.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key European customers, ensuring account health, retention, and growth.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on customer performance and business growth.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, including solution selling and value-based selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid remote role, requiring occasional travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
