Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our European Key Accounts team at Brambles. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relationships, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key European customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including the development of value propositions and positive business outcomes.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of key European customers, ensuring account health, retention, and growth.
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on customer performance and business growth.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, including solution selling and value-based selling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid remote role, requiring occasional travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
