Accounts Receivable Specialist

At Importante Empresa, we're seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our EU business. As a key member of our global revenue management team, you'll be responsible for managing customer and internal stakeholder inquiries, contract approvals, billing queries, consumption, and other finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Review EU business revenue contracts, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
- Manage debt collection and business data report management, proposing system optimization requirements as needed.
- Perform collection, cash allocation, invoicing, and other AR-related tasks, building and optimizing processes and specifications.
- Support the headquarters finance team and provide relevant support to the business department as necessary.
- Collaborate with the leader to assign ad-hoc work and drive business growth.
- Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in Europe, with experience in AR and debt collection.
- European/internationally renowned university bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting, preferably with local certificate/qualification.
- 3 years or so of European work experience, preferably with International Internet advertising revenue experience.
