**About the Role**
Celonis SE is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of payments from our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve delinquency and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts daily, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may impact payment.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including billing and accounting, to achieve common goals and resolve customer inquiries.
- Investigate historical data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our collections process.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to senior management.
- Ensure all customer queries are escalated to the relevant teams with full details to ensure prompt resolution.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration, preferably in a collections or credit role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Business fluency in English and German.
