Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in supporting our EU business. As a key member of our global revenue management team, you will be responsible for managing customer and internal stakeholder inquiries, contract approvals, billing queries, consumption, and other finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Approval: Review EU business revenue contracts, focusing on financial terms and ensuring compliance.
- Refund and Top-up Process Management: Review and optimize the process of refunds, top-ups, and other financial transactions to ensure compliance.
- Debt Collection and Business Data Management: Manage debt collection and business data reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- System Optimization: Propose system optimization requirements in response to changes in business development, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Accounts Receivable Tasks: Perform collection, cash allocation, invoicing, and other tasks related to accounts receivable.
- Process Development: Build and optimize processes, specifications, and related templates to support business growth.
- Support to Headquarters Finance Team: Provide support to the headquarters finance team as requested.
- Business Department Support: Offer relevant support to the business department as needed.
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in Europe, with experience in accounts receivable and debt collection.
- Education: European/internationally renowned university bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting, preferably with local certificate/qualification.
- Work Experience: 3 years or so of European work experience, preferably with international internet advertising revenue experience.
