About the Role:
Celonis Se is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, resolving customer disputes, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including billing and accounting, to ensure seamless payment processing and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Business fluency in English and German.
