About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Celonis. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient collection of payments from our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve delinquency and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts daily, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies that may impact payment.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including billing and sales, to resolve disputes and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Investigate historical data to identify and resolve any outstanding debts or invoices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and progress to senior management.
- Ensure all customer queries are promptly addressed and resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel and other financial software.
- Business fluency in English and German is a must.
