Desde LHH Recruitment Solutions estamos buscando un/a Key Account Manager (Madrid) para ofrecer los servicios de formación en idiomas a empresas.
¿Qué ofrece nuestro cliente?

- Retribución variable trimestral ligada a objetivos.
- Formación inicial en centro de trabajo.
- Horario de trabajo de lunes a jueves de 8.45h a 18h y viernes de 9h a 15h con una política del 40% de teletrabajo.
Las funciones son:
- Seguir la estrategia comercial definida por la Dirección Comercial;
- Búsqueda de nuevos clientes/partners en el mercado de referencia.
- Asesorar a los clientes proponiendo soluciones personalizadas en cuanto al producto, servicios y solución de posibles problemas.
- Contribuir en la definición y el desarrollo de nuevos productos en función de las necesidades de los clientes.
- Llevar a cabo con autonomía las negociaciones, acuerdos o contratos comerciales.
Para poder desarrollar estas funciones tienes que:
- Poseer titulación universitaria finalizada.
- Tener al menos 2 años de experiência en posiciones comerciales y con experiência dirigiéndote a dep. de RRHH.
- Poseer un nível de inglés mínimo B2 (se harán pruebas)
