We had a record FY24 and have been recognised by Gartner as the leaders in HCI for the fourth year running You will play a major role in developing the next generation of "Nutants" and delivering exceptional outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of highperforming sales development managers and reps (8+)
  • Responsible for employee role definition, enablement, evaluation and hiring SDRs
  • Develop team performance against quotas, forecasts, headcount, and key metrics for the EMEA SDR Team
  • Drive maximum productivity and performance of your Operating Plan within your assigned P&L
  • Meet and exceed your hiring plans (Managers and Reps), opportunity generation and pipeline targets across all EMEA market segments and Regions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Regional VPs and RDs with frequent reporting and communication
  • Work with Nutanix Field Sales, Marketing, Enablement & Channels to build and implement campaigns focused at various target market segments
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC
  • Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
  • Drive and promote a careerdevelopment framework for all SDRs to grow into Account Executive and Customer Success positions

About you:

  • 2 + years of management experience with a track record of excellence leading high performing teams whilst driving pipeline across different countries
  • Are excited by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining worldclass SDR Managers and talent early in their Sales and Management careers
  • Feel a deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
  • Are strategic enough to build teams, but tactical enough to execute on a daytoday basis
  • Have a reputation with crossfunctional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
  • Are obsessed with being datadriven, highly analytical, lead through influence and are a structured thinker
  • Think big by working to achieve a deep understanding of predictable revenue models, mastery of sales development, and value selling practices as well as leadership philosophy and development
  • Track record of hiring and developing top talent to hit pipeline goals and preparing these individuals for Account Executive positions.
  • Exceptional command of Enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to it

Meet the Hiring Manager, Karim El Gharib -

  • Karim became a "Nutant" in February 2022 due to his strong belief in our company's competitiveness, dynamism, and clear objectives, all driven by our talented and motivated individuals. Prior to joining Nutanix, he spent several years in people leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprises.
  • Karim's aspiration has always been to become a leader. Presently, he leads the EMEA Inside Sales organization, deriving immense satisfaction from witnessing his team's growth and success in their respective positions and careers.
  • Outside of work, Karim is a devoted husband and father. Additionally, he nurtures a profound passion for studying civilizations and football.
