About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Ennismore. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue enhancement across various segments, including corporate, individual, group, and meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales budget and increase sales by driving more business to all segments of the hotel (rooms, M&E, R&B...).
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues.
  • Work with our Director of Sales on sales activities.
  • Manage and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Generate new business through market research.
  • Represent Ennismore at industry networking events and sales trips and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits.
  • Work towards personal corporate, group, and M&E revenue goals and KPOs.
  • Cross-sell Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in hotel sales in Barcelona who can make a quick impact in our team.
  • A people person who's great at growing and nurturing long-lasting relationships.
  • Experience using a PMS (i.e. OPERA, DELPHI, etc.) would be an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
  • We're big on enthusiasm and those who get a kick out of working autonomously.
  • People who enjoy working in a place where things move and change quickly.
