Tus tareas:

El KAM es la persona responsable de construir relaciones duraderas y rentalbes los clientes de la compañía.

Su principal tarea será desarrollar una cartera de clientes asignada, con la idea de crear nuevas oportunidades de negocio, siguiendo la estrategia de la compañía.

Como Account Manager (KAM) del área de Venta B2B, colaborando con el resto del equipo, sus responsabilidades son:

  • Debe ser capaz de reunir y administrar grandes cantidades de información para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, además de identificar oportunidades y buscar cuáles son las últimas tendencias en el mercado para mejorar la relación cliente-empresa.
  • Gestión y animación de una cartera de clientes. Diseñar planes estratégicos individuales para cada cliente según las necesidades de este.
  • Gestión de las relaciones. Identifica a aquellas personas que van a tomar decisiones en la cuenta y que pueden influir en éstas. Por ello, deberá desarrollar contacto directo con cuentas y se encargará de que las relaciones sean positivas y eficaces.
  • Búsqueda constante y fidelización de nuevos posibles clientes. Deberá de mantener una contaste captación de clientes que puedan necesitar las soluciones que nosotros trabajaremos.
  • Crear oportunidades y relaciones, tanto por teléfono como en medio digitales o presenciales.
  • Mantener una visión de negocio y velar por el correcto funcionamiento de la misma.
  • Participación en campañas de fidelización o de ventas con cliente finales.
  • Capacidad de negociación con proveedors y fabricantes para poder cerrar operaciones con beneficio para todos los implicados.
  • Se encarga de la resolución de incidentes del cliente, por lo que tiene que saber dirigir la situación para que no se produzcan rupturas en las relaciones del cliente y la empresa. Debe de conseguir convencer al cliente y llegar a un acuerdo positivo para ambos.

Tu perfil:

Conocimiento Profesionales

  • Valorable licenciatura en Empresariales, Económicas, Administración de
  • Empresas o similar.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de CRM o Bi.
  • Valorables de ingles
  • Office medio.

Experiência Profesional

  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en gestión de equipos de ventas.
  • Se valorará capacidades demostrables en la generación de oportunidades con clientes y la posibilidad de contar con una cartera de clientes propia.
