- Apoyo en la gestión de todo el flujo financiero de proveedores/as (end to end).
- Creación y seguimiento del proceso de contabilización de facturasde proveedores/as (Recepción, validación, correcta asignación y contabilización, obtención de aprobaciones) Continua comunicación con todas las áreas involucradas en el proceso (Controllers, Fiscal, Equipos de contabilidad locales, Business Lines ) Revisión y propuestas de pagos a terceros.
- Reconciliación de estados de cuenta de proveedores/as.
- Seguimiento de incidencias y propuestas de planes de acción.
- Atención a proveedores/as, gestión de dudas y reclamaciones de terceros.
- Mantenimiento y gestión de bases de datos de proveedores/as y validadores.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Contrato de sustitución de 3 meses aproximadamente + posibilidad de ampliación.
- Salario 28.
