Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and efficient payment to vendors, maintaining the accuracy of AP ledgers.
- Process invoices, prepare payments, and handle queries effectively.
- Maintain compliance with procedures, onboard new vendors, and assist with purchase requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare the monthly bill accruals.
- Manage relationships with vendors, handling queries, and resolving any issues that arise.
- 1-2 years of previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Business Administrator, or Accountant in the Spanish market.
- Experience with the Spanish VAT system.
- Good written communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- 25 working days of paid vacation and Jornada Intensiva in August.
