Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Juno Projects. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process and overseeing office management duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Process and reconcile supplier invoices
    • Manage and maintain accurate supplier accounts
    • Support and lead project purchasing cycles
    • Prepare payment proposals and ensure timely payments
    • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Office Management:
    • Supervise facility suppliers and maintenance
    • Manage office supplies and inventory
    • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained
    • Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services
    • Organize company events and meetings
    • Handle office communications and correspondence
    • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
    Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting roles
    • Skills:
      • Accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices
      • ERP systems and familiarity with ERP functionalities and system integrations
      • Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
      • Supplier management and ability to manage supplier accounts
      • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
      • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
      • Team collaboration and ability to work well within a team
