The PositionThe Position:

Within the commercial team of Roche Diagnostics, in the CORE area, and reporting to the KAM of País Vasco and Cantabria, you will be responsible for leading the commercial contact with customers in the assigned areas and product lines.

You will be part of a team composed of a group of Sales Specialists, supported by a diverse cross-functional group that will help you bring maximum value to our patients through our Diagnostic solutions.


Your Key Responsibilities:
Achieve commercial objectives and provide customer support within the assigned hospitals in the area.

Conduct prior analysis of the current customer situation in order to position Roche Diagnostics' Solutions Portfolio within the hospital laboratory scope.

Actively and strategically engage in consultative sales based on knowledge of the products and/or solutions related to the described areas of expertise.

Actively participate in all aspects related to public tenders, as well as the preparation of commercial offers for the assigned product lines.

Manage high-value healthcare projects in the Healthcare sector, coordinating with internal stakeholders involved in the project.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives from other areas in the execution of the strategy.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the purchasing process, both current and potential customers.

Design and lead strategic and executive plans for the assigned accounts together with key individuals within the Organization who will be involved in these plans.

Be responsible for the assigned accounts and product lines and implement cross-selling.

Be able to identify customer needs, follow up on them, and align them with a solution proposal that includes the RD portfolio to perfectly suit the customer.

Segment your sales area and develop a strategic and tactical plan per account, as well as a plan for its execution.

Have continuous knowledge and analysis of the competition for each commercial opportunity.
Report commercial activities associated with each opportunity in a CRM system.

Achieve sales efficiency:
profitability of your accounts and commercial operations.

Technical and market knowledge of the product lines under your responsibility.360-degree vision and teamwork with a cross-functional approach through the proper management of company resources, aimed at achieving commercial success with your customers.

Who You Are:

You have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in consultative sales in the commercial field in the Healthcare sector.

Knowledge of stakeholders at all levels (core laboratories, microbiology, management, healthcare services, etc.) within hospitals and organizations under your responsibility will be highly valued.

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of Healthcare Administration and public tenders/contracts will be highly valued.
You have knowledge of office tools and CRM solutions for commercial management.

You are an organized, proactive, analytical person with good communication skills and the ability to adapt in a continuously changing sector.

You are accustomed to working towards objectives and projects.
You have a good level of written and spoken English (B2 level).Availability for travel. As a field figure, you will spend more than 50% of your time in the assigned zone.
Residence in País Vasco (preferably Gipuzkoa).
