FUNCTIONS Desde Catenon buscamos un Sales Manager de cable flexible con experiencia en el sector industrial, específicamente en ventas de cables de aluminio y cobre, para liderar el desarrollo comercial en España

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas para aumentar la cuota de mercado
  • Identificar y establecer relaciones con nuevos clientes en el sector industrial.
  • Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas a los clientes.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de productos.
  • Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y desarrollar propuestas que cumplan con sus requisitos.
  • Supervisar y gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de contratos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en ventas en el sector industrial, preferiblemente en cables, aluminio, hierro, u otros materiales industriales.
  • Experiencia en ventas técnicas y desarrollo de mercado.
  • Fluidez en inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar tanto en España como a Italia.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
  • Orientación a resultados y habilidades de gestión del tiempo.

Deseable:

  • Conocimiento de Italiano
  • Conocimiento del sector de cables de aluminio y cobre.
