Acerca del puesto:
En Ferrero Ibérica, estamos buscando un/a becario motivado/a para apoyar a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos. La persona dará soporte a la parte administrativa del departamento con enfoque tanto en España como en Portugal.
La búsqueda se orienta a un estudiante en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Lic. en Administración, o afines. Preferentemente con experiência mínima en el sector.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Dar soporte en el seguimiento y mantenimiento de la base de datos de las personas trabajadoras. (SAP HR).
- Apoyar en la elaboración y gestión de los documentos necesarios para la incorporación de nuevas contrataciones y cambios de puestos de trabajo.
- Apoyar en gestiones relacionadas con la nómina, Seguridad Social e IRPF.
- Gestión de las diferentes plataformas del departamento.
- Dar soporte en el área del SAP proveedores.
- Especial atención en la elaboración de manuales de las tareas propias de administración de personal.
A quién estamos buscando:

Formación: Universitario/a en curso. Lic. en Relaciones Laborales, derecho o similares.

Idiomas: inglés
- Nível intermedio
- Avanzado. Español Nativo.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas. Preferentemente conocimientos de SAP HR.
