HR Trainee

We are seeking an HR Trainee to join our team at Reckitt, a global leader in the hygiene, health, and nutrition industry. As an HR Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Team and providing hands-on support in specific functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities- People Operations: Prepare HR documents and correspondence, support the Global Payroll team, process reports, and deal with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with current policies and procedures.
- Training: Support in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization, ensuring trainings take place at the right moment, contacting providers, managing FORCEM, agendas, and event facilities.
- Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- High English level required.
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
