We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Global HR IS Trainee to contribute to the administration and maintenance of our HR IS landscape, people data, processes, and reporting analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in our HR digital transformation by supporting the implementation of a new core HR system, talent module, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR IS initiatives and configure new HR IS features and updates.
- Provide first-level support to HR staff and employees for HR IS-related issues and assist in the deployment and implementation of HR IS policies and procedures.
- Enter, update, and maintain global employee data in the Core HR system, ensuring data integrity by performing regular audits and generating reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and actionable insights.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, compliance, and strategic decision-making, and design global training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions for HR IS users to ensure effective utilization of our systems and modules, and guide users to ensure HR IS practices comply with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Assist in monitoring system security and access controls to safeguard sensitive employee information.
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and HR IS concepts, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge in these areas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English is required).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Internship or prior experience in HR or IS-related roles.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Certification in HR or IS-related fields.
